Title: The International Linear Collider
Speaker: Dr Nigel Watson (Birmingham)
Abstract
Even before the first data have been observed at LHC, there is a large effort from around the globe to build the next "world" machine - the International Linear Collider - with e+e- collisions at centre-of-mass energies up to 1.3 TeV. This seminar will discuss recent developments in the field.
This Particle Physics Seminar will take place in Seminar Room 2 (room 106), Physics West, at 1315. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served at 1300.
