Abstract
LHCb is a single arm forward spectrometer designed specifically to study physics
in the quark flavour sector. An overview of a few recent LHCb highlights, particularly
relating to CP violation and lepton flavour violation, will be given along with a
discussion of LHCb's Upgrade, currently under construction for installation before the
next LHC Run (2021), as well as the proposals and physics case for LHCb's future
upgrades (2026-2030) for operation in the HL-LHC era.
