Abstract
Heavy Ion collisions provide a unique opportunity to study the properties
of the deconfined phase of QCD, known as the Quark Gluon Plasma. From the
study of those collisions at RHIC and the LHC, we have concluded that the
QGP is an extremely good fluid which may be best understood as a strongly
coupled system with no quasiparticles. In this talk I will discuss how
energetic QCD jets interact with this strongly coupled system and how can we
use LHC jet data to understand the microscopic properties of this state of
matter.
