Abstract
To date the LHC has not found evidence for predicted SUSY states.
Moreover the candidate Higgs mass lies above the preferred range of
MSSM. The non-observation may indicate strong correlations between soft SUSY
breaking terms. Well-motivated correlations can significantly increase
the mass of SUSY states, and the Higgs mass may be raised in
extensions of MSSM. I will discuss these extensions and possible tests at LHC
in the SUSY and Higgs sectors, and in dark matter searches. Finally I will discuss the
implications of a 125 GeV Higgs.
