Title: Strongly decaying resonance production at ALICE
Speaker: Richard Platt (Birmingham)
Abstract
Due to their short lifetime, strongly decaying resonances can provide information on the conditions created in heavy ion collisions. In this seminar, I will discuss some previous results for resonance measurements and the prospects for measurement of the rho meson in heavy ion collisions at ALICE.
This Particle Physics Seminar will take place in Seminar Room 2 (room 106), Physics West, at 1315. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served at 1300.
